JOB VACANCY FOR DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (2 Slots)

Bank of Bhutan (BoB) is pleased to announce the following two (2) vacancies for interested Bhutanese (including BoB employees) applicants. The Dy. CEO shall be responsible for development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the bank’s products and services. He/she must ensure that the business operations are efficient and effective and that proper management of resources, distribution of goods and services to both external and internal customers is carried out most efficiently. 

  1. Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations – 1 slot
  2. Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Business Development – 1 slot
  General Job Specification for the Deputy CEO posts
1 Minimum Qualification – Bachelors degree
2 Minimum Experience – 13 years of experiences including some aspect of management in banking sector/corporate/economic sector and/or strategic areas. 
3 Employment – Contract for a duration of 3 years
4 Gross Monthly Salary – Minimum 70,000/- (Seventy Thousand only) and negotiable

An ex employee of Bank of Bhutan who has resigned voluntarily shall not be eligible to apply.
