Tips for caring your Card
- Avoid scratching the Magnetic Strip at the back side of your Card
- Do not place two cards with the magnetic strips together
- Do not bend the Card
- Keep your Card away from heat and direct sunlight
Lost/Stolen Cards
In case your card is lost / stolen, please call helpline at 1095 (within Bhutan) / +975-5-252225 (outside Bhutan) / or your Branch or email to bobcard@bob.bt to avoid fraudulent use of the card.
