Purpose	Only enhancement requests for additional floor (conversion of attic to full floor, based on the approvals by the relevant authorities) for those ongoing constructions already financed by us will be considered.
Quantum of Loan	60% of estimated value construction subject to sufficient rental income to meet the loan instalment.The client has to ensure that the 40% equity on his/her part is utilized fully before the Bank will start disbursing the loan. (Only those constructions approved by the Municipal/City authorities on or before 8^th March 2012 will be accepted for processing of loans.) 60% of BOBL engineers estimate for renovation. 60% of BOBL engineers estimate for purchase of flat/house subject to sufficient rental income to meet the loan instalment;

Security	Mortgage of land, flat or building.
Documents Required	Housing Loan application duly filled in by the applicant (available and the branches and website) Citizenship Id card copy 2 passport sized photographs Letter of consent for extension of charges Approved drawings from authorities Salary slips (if required) List of other sources of income Co-owner’s consent/Guarantor if owned jointly Source of repayment Approval for construction Guarantor’s ID (if any) Cost estimate of the building Ownership Certificate of plot and buildings.
