1. Copy of Contract Award Letter/Agreement specifying the Contract Value and the terms of the Contract.
2. Letter of Undertaking from the awarding Department agreeing to route the payment of contract bills through the bank only.
3. Copies of Certificates of Contract Work Execution experiences (if any).
4. Certificate of Contractor Grade specification.
5. Cash flow projection.
6. Estimated costing details of works order/contract.
7. Financial statements for last two years (required from existing business firms only).
8. Copy of licence.
