Notification on ATM Withdrawal Charge

All customers are requested to note that cash withdrawals from other bank’s ATM machines are chargeable @Nu 9/- per withdrawal transaction from the sixth transaction onwards, and is recovered at each month end. This is a common charge across banks and as mandated by the Central Bank.

  • For new Construction and Purchase – 60% of the building estimate done by BoBL’s engineer and 50% for renovation.

  • Citizenship Identity (CID) copy of both the applicant and the guarantor if the loan is also secured by TPG
  • One recent Passport size photograph of the applicant
  • Original Ownership certificates of the plot where the building is being constructed and other fixed assets offered as securities to bank.
  • For Chirup, NOC from immediate family members (18 years and above) to avail loan and construct building in his/her name (in case of family owned land)
  • Sale Deed agreement in case of purchase of already constructed building/flat
  • Estimate of the building construction/renovation duly verified by Bank’s engineer
  • Latest Property valuation/assessment/estimate certificates of securities offered as collaterals
  • Latest Pay Slip of the applicant if repayment is tied up with borrower’s salary income
  • If repayment of loan is tied up with applicant’s salary, an irrevocable letter of undertaking from the employer for recovery of the monthly installment to be obtained
  • Approved drawing plan of the building and a copy of approval letter for construction
  • Copy of valid Insurance Policy with Bank’s hypothecation clause to be obtained after completion of the building
  • Stamped and witnessed Letter of Consent for extension of charges duly signed by the property owner in case the property is already charged to the bank and offered as security
  • Mortgage deed against Land and Building of the applicant and also other fixed assets if offered as additional security
