Notification on ATM Withdrawal Charge

All customers are requested to note that cash withdrawals from other bank’s ATM machines are chargeable @Nu 9/- per withdrawal transaction from the sixth transaction onwards, and is recovered at each month end. This is a common charge across banks and as mandated by the Central Bank.

Expression of Interest (EoI) Announcement

BoB invites “Expression of Interest” (EoI) from both eligible National and International interested firms for ‘Customer Relationship Management System’. The details on the scope of work are provided in the EoI Terms of Reference (ToR). Information including Terms of Reference will be available from 25th November, 2016 till 10th December, 2016 from the office of Operations Department.
