BoB introduces a quick, simple and convenient way to access your bank account, from anywhere and at any time. mBoB is now available on all mobile phones, ranging from character-based mobile phones to the latest smart phones.
mBoB App is available for smart phones with operating system listed below; other phone users can use it by dialing *262# i.e. through USSD:
Authorized locations to download mBoB App are App Store (iPhone & ipad users), Play Store (Android users), and Blackberry World (Blackberry users).
HOW CUSTOMERS RESIDING OVERSEAS CAN REGISTER
1. Customers residing overseas need to fill mBoB registration form and mail at [email protected] for registration.
Please note that if you have not updated your email address in our database, then you will have to update your customer information file (CIF) with us. To update your CIF please download the form from Download Forms under “Help” and you can mail the duly filled in form to [email protected]. Upon receiving the CIF form, we will update the details in our system.
2. Once the CIF is updated in our system, mBoB team will then register your account for mBoB. Your user credentials will be sent to your registered email.
Registration is free and instant. There are no charges for using mBoB service.
For the convenience of the customer, we have the following categories with daily fund transfer limit, applicable to transfer within BoB account only.

NOTE: Interbank fund transfer limit is Nu. 1,000,000 per day, as per Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan.
mBoB is a very secure service since no data can be stored on your mobile phones and all data is encrypted for transfers. It comes with secured M-Pin and T-Pin.
