In our move to take banking closer to the doorsteps of the people, BoB has a network of authorized agents to provide basic banking services and they are called BoBConnect. They are authorized by the Bank of Bhutan to operate and provide basic banking services to the customers who are not able to visit the bank branches and in some cases where bank branches are located afar. BoBConnect provides such services using a mobile application specifically designed which is currently being supported in Android phones only.

Note: Cash withdrawal and Cash Deposit is maximum of Nu. 10,000/- per transaction.
Prerequisites for Cash withdrawal from Agents:
- Need to visit personally (Authorization in any form will not be allowed);
- Must produce Citizenship ID card in original;
- Illiterate customers to come with witness who can read and write;
- Fill in withdrawal form;
- Maximum withdrawal of Nu. 10,000 per transaction.
