Regular. However, selected candidates will be placed on six months’ probation period. The M5 grades will be enhanced by one grade after one year of active service.
Graphic Designer M4/M5 1 Bachelor’s Degree. Strong theoretical and practical background in graphic design and use of design software such as Adobe Design Premium, In-Design, CorelDraw, web design tools such as Dreamweaver and Flash, etc… The grade will be decided based on the experience.
Banking Assistant A4 7 Class 12 Commerce/Arts/Science (Minimum 60% in English + four best subjects and completed in 2017 and thereafter) Nu. 15,353.00 (Basic+ Banking+ Corporate Allowances)

All eligible candidates interested in applying for the above mentioned positions may submit application (filled in BoB job application form downloadable from BoB job application form) to the Human Resource Division latest by 14th November 2019 before close of our business hours.

  1. Officers
  2. Stage 1: A maximum of 10 applicants fulfilling the criteria for each vacancy will be shortlisted for the Written Exam based on merit ranking in terms of academic results, that is, Class X – 50%; XII – 30% and Degree – 20%.
    Stage 2: The written exam will be of objective type with negative markings for wrong answers. The written exam contents would be as per the table below:

    Stage 3: At least three candidates for each vacancy will be shortlisted through the written exam for the Personal Interview. The final selection for the officer’s cadre will be as per the number of vacancies announced based on the following weights:
    – WE: 50%
    – PI: 50%

  4. The Assistants will be shortlisted based on merit ranking in terms of academic results, that is, Class X – 50%; XII – 50%. The final selection will be purely based on the personal interview.
