Selection and Shortlisting

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a presentation and a personal interview, carrying a total weightage of 100% (Presentation: 50% and Question & Answer Session: 50%).
  • The presentation topic will be assigned by the Human Resource Committee, and candidates will be given one (1) hour to prepare.
  • Each candidate will be allotted 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by a 20-minute personal interview.

  2. Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  3. Security Clearance;

  5. Citizenship ID Card.
  6. All Academic Transcripts and Course Completion Certificates.
  7. Training Certificates (if applicable).
  8. Previous Work Experience Certificates; and
  9. Valid Audit Clearance if employed.
  10. No Objection Certificate if employed.

The applicants shall be shortlisted, based on the criteria stated and the shortlisted candidates will be informed about the venue and timing for the Presentation and interview.

The last date of application is 25th September 2025 before the closure of our business hours. BoB will not receive any physical application.
