1. Eligibility Criteria as detailed below:
| Education Qualification | Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized College/University obtained on a full-time mode. |
| Work Experience | Should have worked at least 10 years (that could include a maximum of 18 months for higher studies/sabbatical) Preference will be given to candidates with accounting and auditing background. |
| Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | The CV of applicants should demonstrate the following: Good communication skills including presentation;Strong analytical abilities;A working knowledge of statistics and confidence to make decisions that will affect Bank’s bottom line;Relevance of knowledge and experience in the position announced; Ability to lead and manage multiple Sections; andNegotiation and conflict resolution skills. |
| Service Record | Should possess clean service record (Audit Clearance) and not be convicted by the court of law. (Security Clearance) |
| Age | Candidate should not be older than 57 years of age on the last working date of receiving the application. |
2. Grade, Remuneration and Benefits

| Other Benefits | Performance Based Variable Pay (PBVP) of 31.67% (maximum) of basic pay based on annual performance Other entitlements: Eligible as per the BoB Service Rule (BoBSR) |
| Appointment Status and Tenure | On contract for an initial period of three years with possibility of extension for two terms after the completion of the first term by following the due process of renewal. The term shall include incumbent’s transfer to other functional units. |

Appointment:
The appointment shall be subject to the candidate:
1. Meeting the Fit and Proper Assessment requirements, issuance of a No Objection Letter from the Royal Monetary Authority (RMA), and
2. Obtaining a No Objection in Integrity Vetting Rating (IVR) from the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
