Bank of Bhutan Limited is issuing Subordinated Debt worth Nu.1,500 million at Nu.1,000 per unit. The subscription period opens on 20th October 2025 and closes on 3rd November 2025. The Subordinated Debt term is for 10 years and offers an 8.5% annual interest rate, with the coupon payment made annually. Allotment will be done on 4th November, 2025.
