Notification on ATM Withdrawal Charge

All customers are requested to note that cash withdrawals from other bank’s ATM machines are chargeable @Nu 9/- per withdrawal transaction from the sixth transaction onwards, and is recovered at each month end. This is a common charge across banks and as mandated by the Central Bank.

Encryption is used to protect the transmission of your personal information when completing online application forms and sending the credentials. You have requested online to register for BoB’s goBoB Service. Your request shall be accepted by BoB, subject to your confirmation and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions governing the usage and operations of the goBoB.

  • You can only use goBoB to transact in wallet accounts in which you have registered with.
  • You must follow the prescribed authentication procedures and security measures required for transactions.
  • You are responsible for all transactions carried out with your login ID and associated PINS. You, therefore, agree not to reveal your login/ transaction PINS to any other person (including your immediate family members, friends) or entity including the Bank through any medium.
  • BoB is not responsible for any loss resulting from your violation of the terms and conditions and/or your non-compliance with the prescribed operating procedures. You also agree to indemnify BoB for any loss caused to the Bank by such violation.
  • You agree and confirm that you will not use goBoB for any illegal/unauthorized purpose or in any manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions.
  • You understand, agree and confirm that BoB does not guarantee the successful completion of all the transactions. BoB is not responsible for loss caused by delay, failure or non-availability of goBoB during the times of your need.
  • BoB reserves the right to introduce and amend the Service Charges and specify/ modify charges for various facilities/ transactions available in goBoB and to debit the charges to your account at periodic intervals.
  • BoB reserves the right to add, change and/or alter these Terms and Conditions governing the use and operation of goBoB whenever deemed necessary.
